i am a 16 year old and i am indeed obese. i have decided to make this tumblr to blog inspirational and motivational photos and texts and observe my weight loss until i get out of obesity. Because of my height, I don't really look that obese, but I really am, and i am going to try my hardest until i get out of it. ;3; just watch me shine guys.

simple.
i am fat for many reasons.
- despite the fact i am able to eat a large portion of fruits and veggies, i can also end up pigging out on junkfood
- i don’t exercise often because of the amount of school work.
- and even if i do exercise, i don’t spend 2 hours on doing it.
- I drink too much juice and milk instead of water.
- i eat and sleep late.
reasons why i should be healthy now:
- because of my height. for an asian girl, im actually tall for my age.
- because im not regular. if you get what i mean laddies. DX
- because it benefits me to live a longer life
- because i want to look better. i want to do this for myself.
how can i be healthy:
- limit my intake of junkfood.
- MAKE time to work out more.
- learn how to organize my time.
- get enough sleep
just posting this to reflect and remember why i am doing this.
